72 Scamp - gas tank, sending unit & fuel line replacement

Ever since I got the Scamp the fuel gauge didn't worked properly, making it hard to know how much gas was in the tank. I've also noticed a lot of "junk" in the fuel filter. The filter is doing it's job but I don't like the fuel being that contaminated. I figured I would change out the sending unit, fuel tank and main line that runs from the tank to the fuel pump.

Since I was changing the line I upgraded from 5/16 line to 3/8 line while I'm at it. The line from the pump to the carb was already 3/8 thanks to a previous upgrade to a edelbrock performance fuel pump. Not liking to fight with rust nuts and bolts I decided to change out the tank straps and J-bolts while I was at it.

Wire brushed the rust as well as possible, and painted over with rust shield.
Then promptly forgot to take pictures after it was painted.

The new stuff

The new sending unit. I just plugged the return/vent lines for now. I'm going to add a vent soon.
The pre-formed fuel line fit very well. Again I forgot to take pictures of the line before installing it. I picked up the 3/8 line from Fine Lines at Carlisle. Scamps have 111" wheelbases, which makes no sense to me since the valiants and Dusters are 108". Fine lines have lines for both 108" and 111" models.
